** BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS**
Drift to sleep in one of the four
beautifully - designed bedrooms. Each
bedroom features high-quality sheets and comfortable mattresses, so you can
enjoy a restful sleep each night of your vacation.
The beach-inspired decor provides the perfect backdrop for a coastal holiday.
Three of the bedrooms are furnished with large beds, while one room offers
two sets of bunk beds, perfect for the children!
The clever storage staircase design of these bunk offers plenty of space to store
your belongings.
The three of the bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone in the whole
family to get ready. Fresh towels , hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.
Two of the bathrooms offer beautiful walk-in showers with pretty tile work.
The third full bathroom has a shower and tub combination, so you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower.
** KITCHEN & LOUNGE **
The open-concept kitchen and dining area are the perfect gathering place for the entire family.
The fully - equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the cookware, dishes , and basic spices you'll need to create tasty meals.
Keep yourself energized for another beach day, courtesy of the coffee maker.
A washer and dryer are tucked discreetly behind some green curtains so you can take care of your laundry needs.
There is also an additional kitchenette available for your convenience.
When you're ready to tuck into a great meal, make your way to the large dinning table beneath a charming industrial-style light fixture.
This area is flooded with natural light thanks to the large sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony. Share meals and laughs with your group after a wonderful beach day.
The Dinning area opens up onto the tastefully-decorated lounge.
Sit back on one of the plush sofas and watch a show or a movie on the flat-screen Smart TV. Help yourself to our selection of board games and use the stereo to play your favorite music.
There is endless entertainment between the movie room and the game room.
This family-friendly space also offers a pack n'play, two high chairs, and children's books and toys so you don't have to worry about bringing your own to keep your little ones entertained.
** OUTSIDE SPACE**
Head out to the spacious private balcony which features plenty of comfortable seating and great views. This is a place you can enjoy day or night, thanks to a restaurant-style heaters available to fire up and keep you warm on chilly evenings. This is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a sundowner.
A shimmering private pool awaits you for a refreshing swim whenever you feel like a dip. Work on your tan in one of the poolside loungers or curl up with a book in one of the egg chairs. The grill master of your group can use the BBQ to cook up a delicious outdoor meal . By night, gather around the fire pit under the starry sky and swap stories about your adventures around Palmetto.
The great location is just a few minutes from the white sand of some of the best beaches in the area, as well as restaurants and shops, making it a beautiful place to enjoy a relaxing holiday with friends or family. Visit Anna Maria Beach and St Pete Beach and be sure to take a relaxing stroll through the Nature Preserve.

The pool is heated and set to 85 degrees during winter months. When outside temperature is on the cooler side , the pool may not heat to the set temperature. You will have to request it upon booking and it will have to stay on for the duration of your stay. There is an extra $50 per day.
Please note that this is not a party house. This is a residential area and we ask that you keep the noise level to a minimum, especially in the evenings, as others are trying to enjoy peaceful vacations.
Guests must be 21 years old to book
We have weekly pool service at the property, we also have ongoing pest services
please know since we are in Florida and close to the water that it's not abnormal to see a bug(s) especially after it rains
We recommend bug spray startingat dusk if outside

CFAR( cancel for any reason) is typically the best option for travelers. We strictly follow our cancelation policy
Waiver of liability and assumption of Risk agreement Use of Premises
By booking the property you are hereby unequivocally agreeing to all waivers listed below
In consideration of my use of the premises, I for myself, my heirs,personel representative or assigns,do hereby release ,waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the host/owner of the property, it's trustee's, directors, officers, employees and agents from liability from any and all claims including negligence resulting in personal injury, accidents ,or illnesses (including death) and property loss arisingfrom use of Premises.
Assumption of Risk: Swimming pool use,staircase use,gas grill and fire pit use carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care take to avoid injuries. I know and understand and appreciate these and other risks are inherent in the activity I am participating. I hereby assert that my participation is voluntaryand that I knowingly assume all such risks.
The subject property has a( Swimming pool) located thereon. The guest(s) will use the swimming pool at the guest(s) own risks. The owners will not be held responsible for injuries sustained by the guest and/or the guest(s) occupants when using the Swimming pool,and the guest will indemnity the owner for any actions resulting from injuries to guests and /or guests occupants. I hereby voluntarily at my own risk, I am agreeing to sign this waiver and assumption of Risk in sole consideration of being permitted to use Casa Bonita property Swimming pool by booking the property.
Indemnification and Hold harmless: I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host/owner, it's trustee's, directors,officers, employees,and agents from any and all claims, actions,suits,coasts,expenses, damages and liabilities including attorney fees as a result of this use Premises
Severability : The undersigned further expressly agrees that the forgoing waiver and assumption of Risk agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law of the State of Florida and if any portion thereof Is held invalid,it is agreed that the balance shall,notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
I hereby and understand that there are dangers and risks associated with activities described above, which have been fully explained to me. I hereby agree to abide by all rules, instructions, policies and procedures imposed by the host/owner relating to the use of the property.
I hereby certify that I am of legal age and competent to execute this Waiver and Assumption of Risk,that in doing so of my own free will and accord, voluntarily and without duress, and that I do so intending to bind myself, my executor, my heirs,and administrators or assigns to the fullest extent.
By reserving Casa Bonita Rental Vacation, guests understand the forgoing and acknowledge consent to the terms of this Waiver. It's an implied signed agreement when the property is booked as a reservation.

The house was Immaculate! it was dissigned very beautifully. the Rooms were very spacious and bathrooms were very clean as well . we had clean linens and plenty of towels! there was nothing that you could actually want. they had everything. the pool was a big hit with our children! the back porches with the view were well put together ..just sitting and relaxing with the breeze was awesome you couldn't ask for anymore I would definitely recommend it to anyone! it was
well worth it definitely would come back.the host was very nice and easy to get a hold of when needed.

Recently remodeled, most everything was new. Very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Theater room was great for nightly movies. Heated pool and fire pit area were very nice during the cold weather. Overall a very nice place with plenty of room for the whole family!

House was exactly as described in the listing, new and updated amenities, tons of parking space and room for guests, incredibly responsive hosts when issues arose (though there were few), and just a great spot.

My group of girls and I had an amazing time in this place! Plenty of space for all of us, pool and outside area were amazing to hang and swim, kitchen and dining amenities were amazing. Fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked linens and towels. We couldn’t of asked for more!

The house was as advertised. It worked perfectly for what we needed. Landi followed up right after we checked in to make sure everything was ok. There was a small item missing in one bathroom and he responded immediately and made sure before the end of the day had a replacement and communicated it had been delivered. Great service!

FANTASTIC layout for a small family reunion (10 of us). The games room is super fun for the kids, and the pool in back is the centerpiece of hanging out. The palms near the fence provide wonderful shade and cover. Really nice setup. We were visiting family in nearby Sun City, and this was a perfect locale. Not a ton to walk to, but nearby (short drives) are some great restaurants (Burgers & Pancakes Diner - yes please!). It was a 30 min drive to Anna Maria Island. But we often just lounged around the pool.
